With the most eclectic playlists in the land, very few DJs are a good
'fit' for Sketchy. Then there's Jaguar Skills who's… perfect. Arguably the
finest mash-up DJ around, Jaguar Skills has been unleashing quick fire mix
tapes for the best part of a decade, touring his unique DJ sets around the
world, residing in Ibiza and London along the way. Yet he's never revealed
his true identity - as a fully qualified ninja, Jaguar Skills always
performs with his face hidden.
With his ten minute slot of Trevor Nelson's Radio 1 show he's brought us
the history of drum n' bass and hip hop, journeyed through the 80s, mashed up dubstep (long before anyone else) and made us giggle with many a daft skit, TV theme or ludicrous curveball. 'Expect the unexpected' is such a lazy phrase but, in this case, it's very apt indeed. Jaguar Skills plays Sketchy, Thursdays at The Stiff Kitten on 19th April. Tickets only £5 on sale now!

SHINE at QUB SU returns for it's first installment of 2012, with a heavyweight St Patricks Day lineup featuring 2MANYDJs, The 2 Bears, Space Dimension Controller and loads more!
2ManyDJs continue to go from strength to strength. The genre-bending Belgian duo have built up a massive catalogue of remixes and original productions (via their Soulwax moniker). Their 2011 highlights include a host of festival headline performances, a two night stand in London's Brixton Academy, and a mind-blowing new audio/visual show.
The 2 Bears, made up of Hot Chip head-honcho Joe Goddard and Raff Rundell, make their long awaited Shine debut on St Patricks Day. Their critically acclaimed debut LP "Be Strong" was released on January 30th, and stormed the UK Top 40.
